General Manager - Industrial Estate

We are looking for experienced personnel for the General Manager position for an Industrial Estate in Myanmar.   

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy management activities including tenant sourcing, rental negotiation and renewals, lease agreements and associated leasing documentation, maintaining tenancy schedule, arrears management, etc.
• Optimize rental and occupancy level for the properties.
• Responsible for overall management of the Industrial estate including Leasing, customer relation, facilities management, operational and Admin. 
• Liaison with authority in all issues, including permits and licenses. 
• Manage various stakeholder’s activities to ensure consistency and compliance of leasing policies and procedures.
• Review budget, contract documents, deal requirement.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Provide overall direction in the planning and coordination work with clients and its consultants to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of the project.
• Lead and provide strategic and professional guidance to the Teams on matters in relation to the project performance and compliance, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Good Leadership, Team player, Self-Motivated, Fast Learner, Flexible and Decisive. 
• A good Degree in Business Management / Electrical Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience with regional experience.
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities.
• Excellent written & verbal English communication and presentation skills. 
• Strong interpersonal and computer proficiency skill.
