An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

▪    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and Master is preferred.
▪    At least (3) years experiences with similar position in real estate sale & Marketing.
▪    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪    Strong leadership and team management skills.
▪    Proficient in Microsoft office
