Design and create a high volume of assets for social media, including posts, stories, cover photos, and digital ad campaigns (primarily for Facebook and Instagram).

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.

Ensure all graphics adhere to the company's brand guidelines (logos, colors, fonts).

Receive and incorporate feedback from the Head of Department to refine designs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media design trends and best practices.

Assist with other marketing design assets as needed (e.g., website banners, simple graphics).

Education: No specific educational requirement. (A diploma or certificate in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus).

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.

Portfolio: A portfolio must be submitted with the application, showcasing design skills (especially social media content).

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

• High level of creativity and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
