Job Description – Graphic Designer
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to lead our design initiatives at Elevate Education. In this role, you will produce high-quality creative designs and video content, lead creative direction for campaigns, mentor junior designers, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Flexibility to work after hours, on weekends, and travel for work-related events is required to keep the team ahead in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead concept development and creative direction for marketing campaigns.
Produce high-quality designs and video content based on business and campaign demands.
Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to ensure continuous improvement.
Oversee and review creative outputs to maintain brand consistency and high design standards.
Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to develop impactful creative strategies.
Ensure responsiveness to team communications and complete urgent requests within tight deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creative outputs.

Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects preferred).
Skilled in short-form video content creation using CapCut or similar tools.
Strong leadership and creative direction skills with experience managing design projects.
Excellent understanding of design principles: layout, typography, and brand alignment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Familiarity with Google Workspace for team collaboration and project management.
Willingness to work after hours, on weekends, and travel for work-related events as needed.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team is preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact campaigns and creative leadership.
