Job Function:   

Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that align with our brand image, designing captivating graphics for social media platforms, as well as producing high-quality print materials. Your creativity will be crucial in developing innovative designs for various company projects, ensuring that our brand stands out in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop visually striking assets that reflect the brand's identity and messaging.
2. Design engaging graphics for various social media platforms, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
3. Create print materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters, that effectively convey the brand's message and engage the audience.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative designs for company projects.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure the relevance and competitiveness of our visual assets.
6. Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects, while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
7. Other ad hoc assignments that may be required by superiors

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs
• Experience in both digital and print design

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to present and justify design concepts to various stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
