Develop creative concepts and design assets for digital, print, social media, events, and branding campaigns.
Create motion graphics, animations, and video content to enhance audience engagement.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into impactful visual communications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
Review and refine creative work to maintain a high standard of execution.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement within the creative team.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives.
Assist in developing visual standards and design systems.
Participate in creative workshops, campaign planning, and brand strategy discussions.
Recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency and design quality.
Support regional and cross-functional projects when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing,or a related discipline
3-5 years of relevant experience in design, graphic design or any creative related field.
Proven portfolio demonstrates exceptional visual design, branding, digital campaigns, motion graphics, and multimedia projects.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, composition,and visual storytelling.
Experience managing multiple projects and delivering under tight deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, creative agency, or marketing organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Myanmar.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to embrace feedback and continuous learning.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, video editing, and visual storytelling.
Experience with Figma and collaborative design tools.
Knowledge of digital content creation, social media design, printing, and AI-assisted creative tools
