Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility
Conceptualize innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive measurable outcomes.
Translate marketing ideas into actionable plans, detailing goals, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
Supervise the implementation of marketing plans, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Analyze market trends, customer insights, marketing campaigns, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable strategies
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data analysis to optimize strategies and promote continuous improvement
Provide input on annual and quarterly marketing strategies/campaigns and budget allocations
Construct campaigns based on data to achieve business targets, overseeing end-to-end execution
Conduct effective budget analysis, incorporating ROI analysis
Analyze and provide strategies to improve user growth and retention

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
At least 6 years of related working experience in related field
Demonstrated experience in marketing roles, with emphasis on strategy development and project management
Experience in analyzing data and formulating strategies for improvement
Possess a strong creative mindset to devise innovative marketing strategies beyond conventional approaches
Proficient in managing digital marketing channels and campaigns, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
Proven success in reducing customer acquisition costs and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum ROI
Excellent project management skills, adept at planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives effectively
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems is advantageous
Good command in English language
