HCMS Support for IT Corporate Applications Team

• To lead Data Migration process for HR data during HR cloud project implementation to get the required and accurate data for each modules.
• To involve as assigned PIC for system interfaces and support the systems integration. 
• To be a part of support desk in order to resolve incidents, support request on daily basis from HCMS IT Side.
• To communicate effectively with the vendor and key users to manage CR activities and to get the solutions for the failures and the errors.
• To follow up in time with the team members and the vendor in order to meet the target deadline of the project.
• To involve the projects in JO side and support PM to control vendor in order to get the target results and outputs.
• To enhance the existing configuration and report using MSSQL.
• To condcut issue diagnostic and prpose resolution method.
• To manage DLS and role allocation.
• To support and manage the technical  document

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or other IT related degrees.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Data Migration and Data Management, Vendor Management, Software or Application Support & Development, and Project Implementation
• Strong Comunication Skill.
• Strong Knowledge in Software Development and Project Implementation.
• Skillful in Application Support and Database Query.
• Strong Knowledge in Data Migration and Data Management.
• Good Knowledge in Business Process of Projects.
• Excellent in MSSQL, RJVW Framework, Java
• Experienced API implementation
• Multitasking and timely delivery.
• Well communication with the key users and good in Vendor management.
• Good in Reporting to supervisors and management level.
• Good handling the errors and the failures in time.
