The Head Counselor will lead the counseling team at Unilink Malaysia, guiding students applying to Malaysia Thai and Singapore universities. This role ensures students receive accurate guidance, support, and assistance throughout their application and admission processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the counseling team to provide high-quality student support.
2. Guide students applying to Malaysia, Thai and Singapore universities, advising on programs and admission requirements.
3. Conduct student assessments and recommend suitable academic paths.
4. Coordinate with partner universities in Thailand and Singapore to ensure smooth admission procedures.
5. Monitor and report on student progress, team performance, and program outcomes.
6. Develop strategies to improve counseling services and student satisfaction.
7. Train,Plan, Execute & Review to all assigned tasks to the Counsellors.

8. Plan and Execute both online & Physical educational related webinar and semimar for students engagement and coversion.
9. Responsible for the monthly & Quarterly center target set by Line Manger and Head Counsellor.
10. Execute Weekly , Monthly and Quarterly report to respective line Manager & Directors.
Participate in training and meeting assigned by the line manager
11. Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
12. Must be willing to collaborate with activities related to the role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years senior role experience in student counseling, preferably with international universities admissions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Malaysia Thai and Singaporean higher education systems is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and counseling or student management software sale CRM.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
