Key Responsibilities

Air Ticket Management

  • ခရီးစဉ်အတွက် Air Ticket စီစဉ်ခြင်း၊ Booking & Confirmation ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Airline များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်၍ အချိန်ဇယား၊ ခရီးစဉ်ပြောင်းလဲမှုများကို စီမံခြင်း

Visa Processing

  • Visa လျှောက်ထားရန် လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ စုဆောင်းခြင်း
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ သံရုံးများ၊ အစိုးရဌာနများနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်၍ Visa Application တင်သွင်းခြင်း
  • Visa Status ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး အချိန်မီ Update ပေးခြင်း

Documentation & Compliance

  • ခရီးစဉ်နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ (Passport, Invitation Letter, Insurance) စနစ်တကျ စုဆောင်းခြင်း
  • Company Policy နှင့် International Travel Regulations ကိုလိုက်နာစေခြင်း

Coordination

  • ခရီးသွားသူများနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနများအကြား ဆက်သွယ်မှု တာဝန်ယူခြင်း
  • Travel Schedule ကို အချိန်မီ ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီစေခြင်း

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Education Management or related field)
  • Minimum 3–5 years Sales Experience (Education Sector preferred)
  • Leadership & Team Management Skills
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM Tools)
