Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Overall performance of Daraz’ Cross Border business in Myanmar (Onsite, Commercial, Marketing, Traffic, Assortment & close coordination with PR, Finance and Operations)
  • Developed and executed assortment and merchandizing strategies for Daraz’ Cross Border business in close coordination with support functions across the company
  • Frequent collaborations with colleagues from the regional cross border team, local category managers as well as our seller management team in Shenzhen, China
  • Detailed insights into the current Myanmar e-commerce markets to aptly devise the assortment and merchandising strategy vis-à-vis competitors
  • Sensitivity to the customer’s journey on our Cross-Border channels, and managing this experience, including the on-site CB channel.
  • Coordination with teams from Traffic Ops, Customer Service, Marketing, PR & Finance
  • Local campaigns, their relevance to Cross Border and ultimately manage CB’s participation in such campaigns
  • Understand and manage the Myanmar regulatory import regime and be in close contact with local Daraz operations team
  • Weekly co-ordination with Warehouse for capacity management plans and daily operations, Co-ordination with international shipment providers (3PL) for logistics management within the country

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate & other related diploma holders OR Master Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Supplychain

  • Experience in cross team projects management 

  • Strong technical skills, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience
  • Experience in E-commerce 
  • Experience in Start up is a plus
  • Fluent in Burmese and English
