Head of Finance
Reporting to the Managing Director (MD), the Head of Finance is accountable for accurate reporting of financial results and managing the bank’s financial affairs. 
Job Description
•    Managing the financial reporting for the organization. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting
•    Overseeing the financial operations and financial planning of a bank
•    Oversee the financial strategic planning of the banking by evaluating its performance and potential risks
•    Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy
•    Perform regular financial analysis
•    Develop budgets that meet the requirements of banking departments
•    Establish targets and manage all accounting and finance employees including management accountants and internal auditors
•    Supervise all audit and internal control processes
•    Prepare detailed reports on the bank’s financial performance
•    Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines
•    Recognize patterns in bank spending, revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas
•    Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the bank
•    Managing hedging and foreign currencies (if relevant)
•    Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards
•    Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
•    Adherence to accounting standards and practices of Myanmar, International accounting standards, IFRS and Group accounting policies
•    Manage & train the team for improvement in productivity

•    Must have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
•    Have professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA or ACCA or CIMA

•    Have experience in Central bank Financial work flow

•    At Least 7+ years' experience in related in Banking sector
•    Must Have time management skills and able to have problem solving skills
•    Good in interpersonal skills, communication skills and leadership skills
•    Have excellent knowledge of rules and regulations on complex accounting issues
•    Ability to lead demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and undependability
•    Professional written and oral communication skills in English and Myanmar
•    Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills

•    Must have Financial software and system  implementation
