Job Description

The ability to develop, implement and maintain IT processes for service request fulfillment and problem management, develop, analyze and report on metrics from the IT service management system
Competence in creating, delivering, and communicating service management training end user training.
Ability to strengthen and enhance employee satisfaction through timely and efficient processing of requests
Protect and improve team cohesion – build cross-functional skills necessary for the team to really own the products they build for our customers
Operate within sustainable limits that support high quality, high value results
Provide a stable, consistent view of team activities and resources –key metrics for continuous improvement
Develop, justify and execute against budgets aligned with product strategy
Remote People management & Remote monitoring system RMS .
Motivate and develop associates and formulate annual goals for team members
Report on the status, issues, key activities, and any changes to the overall program
Resolving software deployment and integration errors, and documenting processes
Collaborating with front end users on software functionality & managing the systems with vendors
Handling & Managing Software (SAP & ERP & Odoo) & DMS Data Management Software plus IT Infra Functions.
Analyze & manage IT infrastructure & Software (SAP & ERP & Odoo ) needs

Job Requirements

Any Graduated Or Bachelor of Computer Technology B.C.Tech plus IT professional certificate
Prov 5+ years overall work experience in similar role (Infra & Software- SAP, ERP, Odoo & DMS) and FMCG background is more preferrable.
Age 35 to 45 years old
Proven track record of delivering business systems and process projects
Experience with focused on servers, storage, networking and associated technologies is a nice to have
Provides a positive and open working environment
Ability to work under strict deadlines to meet or exceed team goals
Persistent and dependable,especially with attendance and meeting deadlines
