Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot server and network performance.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory and manage equipment lifecycle.

  • Ensure data security, backup processes, and compliance with IT policies.

  • Support software updates, system maintenance, and patch management.

  • Assist with IT projects, deployments, and system upgrades.

  • Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and IT procedures.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT services.

  • Train users on IT best practices, applications, and security awareness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.

  • Experience with Windows/Mac OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting tools.

  • Prior experience in managing user support and IT asset management is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers).

  • Understanding of network devices and protocols (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
