Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
Monitor and troubleshoot server and network performance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and manage equipment lifecycle.
Ensure data security, backup processes, and compliance with IT policies.
Support software updates, system maintenance, and patch management.
Assist with IT projects, deployments, and system upgrades.
Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and IT procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT services.
Train users on IT best practices, applications, and security awareness.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
Experience with Windows/Mac OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting tools.
Prior experience in managing user support and IT asset management is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers).
Understanding of network devices and protocols (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
