Lead and oversee all Automotive Leasing and Rental operations, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional customer experience

• Directly accountable for sales performance, client acquisition, key accounts, rental and leasing contracts, and partnerships with banks and financial institutions

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth, competitive positioning, and market leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence

• Optimize fleet management, service delivery, and operational workflows for efficiency and scalability

• Strengthen the company’s presence and engagement on social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion

• Make strategic operational and sales decisions aligned with international best practices

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced management qualification preferred
• Minimum 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in automotive leasing, car rental, or fleet management

• Proven track record in operations, business growth, team leadership, and partnership management to international standards

• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and executive decision-making capabilities
• Ownership mindset with ability to operate independently and achieve results

• Experience in managing relationships with banks, financial partners, or funding institutions
• Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools
