Work with finance department on revenue forecasts and financial strategies.

Ensure excellent customer experience in sales and after-sales service.

Maintain brand reputation and service standards .

Address major customer complaints and resolve high-level issues.

Lead, motivate, and manage management teams and employees.

Work closely with HR on recruitment, training, and performance management.

Develop leadership within department managers.

Ensure the company complies with local laws, regulations, and automotive industry requirements.

Coordinate with government authorities for vehicle registration, EV policies, and compliance matters.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

MBA is preferred

Minimum 8–10 years of management experience.

At least 5 years in automotive industry (EV experience preferred).

Experience managing multi-department teams.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Business strategy and operational management.

Sales and marketing knowledge in automotive industry.

Financial management and budgeting.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of EV technology and automotive market trends.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
