Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage all department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Monitor business performance and adjust strategies to improve profitability.

  • Represent the company in meetings with partners, government agencies, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee vehicle sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.

  • Develop strategies to expand market share of  EV vehicles in Myanmar.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand in the EV industry.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

  • Supervise daily operations including showroom management, after-sales service, and customer support.

  • Ensure operational efficiency across all departments.

  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

  • Improve workflow and operational processes to increase productivity.

  • Manage company budget, expenses, and financial planning.

  • Review financial reports and ensure profitability and cost control.

  • Work with finance department on revenue forecasts and financial strategies.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience in sales and after-sales service.

  • Maintain brand reputation and service standards .

  • Address major customer complaints and resolve high-level issues.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage management teams and employees.

  • Work closely with HR on recruitment, training, and performance management.

  • Develop leadership within department managers.

  • Ensure the company complies with local laws, regulations, and automotive industry requirements.

  • Coordinate with government authorities for vehicle registration, EV policies, and compliance matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

  • MBA is preferred

  • Minimum 8–10 years of management experience.

  • At least 5 years in automotive industry (EV experience preferred).

  • Experience managing multi-department teams.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Business strategy and operational management.

  • Sales and marketing knowledge in automotive industry.

  • Financial management and budgeting.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of EV technology and automotive market trends.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
