Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Identify and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies.
Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Prepare and manage the manufacturing budget.
Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Develop long-term manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.
Support new product development and plant expansion projects.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field
Master’s degree (MBA or relevant field) preferred
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations
