Head of Risk Management (Digitalized) at a Well-Known International Financial Services Company in Yangon

  • Responsible to develop short, medium and long-term risk management strategies, systems, policies, and procedures in line with the company’s strategy

  • Up to 8,000,000 MMK plus other packages

About the Company

The Role

  • Responsible to advise on appropriate risk measurement methodologies and effectively convey the risk to the organization

  • Develop the data-driven, automated, adaptive credit scoring system

  • Work closely with all internal teams to identify key risk metrics

  • Create the essential risk monitoring systems to comply with the government regulations and rules

  • Liaise with Technology Team to improve data capture and visualization tools for risk monitoring

Job Requirements

  • 6 years and above of working experiences with financial risk analysis and mitigation in Banking, Microfinance or other related financial sectors

  • Bachelor’s degree or Business Administration or CFA or other financial related education background will be needed as the essential

  • Strong quantitative/technical background and excellent numerical skills

  • Preferable the Expatriates or Repatriates who can relocate in Yangon
