Role and Responsibilities

• Align all stakeholders to accomplish set goals
• Provide the strategic direction for Technical, Product and Operation teams and coordinate the achievement of set targets
• Liaise with vendors, MPTJO teams to ensure appropriate alignment between Technical, product and Operation on CR’s and projects
• Facilitate an effective communication, relationship on technical, product and operational issues between group companies, vendors, and 3rd parties
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Support Technical, Product and Operational teams in implementing new services and improving existing processes 
• Advice on development of strategic alliance relationship with relevant financial, technology and regulatory players
• Develop and manage related teams by coaching and monitoring team leaders

Functional Competencies  

• Understanding of technical, product,  business, and operational challenges
• Hands on experience with banking and Fintech service
• Experience with mobile communication technology

• Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, Finance, Business and Project Management
•  More than 5 years of managerial  experience, preferably from banking, fintech, telecom or allied service businesses
• Leadership and project management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English, (Burmese knowledge is advantage)
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to negotiate with key partners stakeholders
