Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Manage and implement overall HR functions which include (Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Staffing, Etc.)
  2. Implementation of HR Strategic plans with the guidance of BODs, that will be in line with the Company's current and future business plans, Organization Planning.
  3. Review and analysis JD, Tasks and Duties of employees depending on the business project to be carried out in accordance with the vision and mission of the company. Reviewing and revising Employee Hand Book and Rules and Regulations.
  4. Must be handle of project employee contract and project HR process. (New project manpower plan, work scope, analyzing individual task and duty)
  5. Manage and implement overall administrative function. (office maintenance, safety and security, daily vehicle supply, transportation, fixed access requirement and control, various relative Government process, etc.)
  6. Must be driven to success HR and Admin Operation planning (Leading Office Admin and Supporting Project Admin)
  7. Support to Local and Foreign business partners site visit process.
  8. Report to Business Unit CEO and BOD.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate.
  2. More preferable MBA or MPA Completion.
  3. Minimum (5) years experiences in HR Management role including as a HR Manager in the engineering field.
  4. Must have strong knowledge in overall HR functions.
  5. Must have strong knowledge in Business Management and must have HR Business partner Skills.
  6. Excellent communication skill and team management skills
  7. Must be Good in English 4 Skills.
  8. Proficient Computer literate as MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Email/Internet
