An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Carrying out recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant similar role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
