Job Description

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure new hire orientations are effective and consistent.
  • Support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in organizing performance appraisal processes.
  • Track performance records and follow up on action plans or PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans).
  • Assist in the update and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and updated HR records and reports.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
  • Participate in organizing staff engagement activities
  • Support initiatives to improve staff morale and retention.
  • Collaborate on HR improvement initiatives such as digitalization or policy review.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR experience; 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
