We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 18th May, 2024 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • ​​​​​Work closely with HR Director & HR Manager for Guide line on all below HR matters
  • Conducting job evaluation surveys
  • Implementing Process for Performance Appraisal, monitoring, and analysis for all subjects of appraisal schemes (such as proposed training, KPI and Talent potential).
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
  • Compiling and presenting information related to the HR issue
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes and preparing training budget proposal.
  • Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
  • Designing and assessing training programs.
  • Set up scheme of selecting potential and key staff for succession plan.
  • Designing retention scheme, which match with company business type, and working nature.
  • Negotiating and solving any internal employee relation issue
  • Monthly summary of HR Department’s monthly proposed budget
  • Any Add hoc duties assigned from HOD and superiors

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years experience in related field.
  • Age below 40 years
  • Strong Knowledge of computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel & Power point)
  • General understanding of HR policies &HR function / L&D activities
  • Must be  plan for Training and Training activities .
