Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • To operate vehicle licenses, business license renewal, owner name change, and region change in time.
  • To ensure keeping relative documents and data.
  • Monitoring drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices.
  • To ensure the license extension process of the Brew License (B-1, FL-8), YCDC, Health Certificate, UMFCCI and Myanmar Argo-Base.
  • To operate vehicles for staff’s ferry daily transportation and arrange functional use based on a request by the user occasionally.
  • To arrange and settle payments for monthly relative payments.
  • Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
  • To collect month-end “km” to inspect the correct data and summarize the log sheet for the monthly report.
  • To operate brewery service (Cleaning and Landscaping) for standard condition and office maintenance.
  • To arrange daily delivery and dispatch service with third-party providers.
  • To operate a reimbursement float for car parking fees and miscellaneous Head Office vehicles.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of vehicle licenses, RTA process and traffic rules and regulations.
  • Good relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and English language skills.
  • Office Maintenance and M&E knowledge, etc.
