- Conducting safety inspection and audit in site.

- Coordinating with client and subcontractors regarding HSE issues and concerns

- Implementing and maintaining the contractor’s HSE Plan 

- Ensure Hazard analysis and Risk Assessment are being implemented and related control measures are in place

- Giving safety induction to all newly joined employees prior to their introduction to site and ensuring all workers are conversant with the standard procedures associated

- Ensure all the equipment, tools, materials are inspected and certified prior to their introduction to projects and maintaining related records.

- Ensure all safety precautions are completed and checked prior to routine or not-routine maintenance in the projecct. 

- Plan and provide training for employees prior to any risky activities such as confined space, working at height and lifting works.

- Job location is Meikthila or Taungoo

- 10 years of experience in construction project in Myanmar

- The following qualifications / certifications (preferred)

  Industrial Safety Diploma

  Certified Auditors for ISO 9001/ OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001

  Professional qualification like CSP/ CMIOSH

  Certified training on QRA/HAZOP-HAZAN Studies 

- Fluent in English (Speaking / Writing)

- Proficiency in MS office

- Preferred Myanmar HSE knowledge and Practice

- Preferred EHV Substation experience

- Time manner is compulsory
