Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Handling the overall process of shipping, import and clearance
  • Applying and preparing documents; Import License, Country of Origin, Form E, Form D,B/L, invoice, Packling list and so on
  • Negotiating with shippers and freight forwarders and arranging the shipments time and cost efficiently
  • Coordination with clearance agent to process clearance and report timely
  • Adminstration custom clearance duties as required
  • Inspection of goods arrival/unloading at warehouse
  • Post documentation, filling and reporting
  • Maintaining good relationships with related personnel

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, at least 2-year experience in related field
  • Strong MS office skill
  • Highly motivated for new challenges
  • Good communication and organizational skill
  • Must be able to do multitasking and a team player
