RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issuing Purchasing Order.
  • Coordinating with Client Management Team for purchase order
  • Arranging payment claim to importers.
  • Arranging payment to Clients/Vendors.
  • To ensure purchase orders meet lead time.
  • To ensure the documents readiness for shipment on time
  • To minimize stock out situations and lost sales opportunity

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Any bachelor’s degree Holder.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Trading, Import/Export is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Application, especially in MS Excel
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written).
