JOB PURPOSE

Prospect, promote, identify and recruit potential clients for DAWN´s Individual Lending Unit. Conduct financial appraisal of business, follow-up clients in arrears and provision of strong customer service. Build and maintain a healthy portfolio of individual loans.

Job Description


 Conduct promotional activities and identify potential clients of the specific market segment for the Individual Lending Unit in his/her sales territory.
 သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ နယ္ေၿမေဒသအတြင္း တစ္ဦးခ်င္းေခ်းေငြဌာန အတ ြက္ ေစ်းက ြက္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား ေဆာင္ရ ြက္ၿခင္း ႏွင္႔ တိက်ခိုင္မာေသာ ေစ်းက ြက္အတ ြင္းရွိ အလားအလာရွိေသာ ေခ်းေင ြယူမည္႔သူမ်ား ရွာေဖ ြစုေဆာင္းရရွိေရး
 Ensure data and information in loan applications is accurate and of acceptable quality, and ensure also authenticity of documentation.
 ေခ်းေင ြ ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတ ြင္ မွန္ကန္တိက်မွဳရွိၿပီး လက္ခံႏိုင္စ ြမ္းရွိေသာ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ေကာက္ခံရရွိႏိုင္ေအာင္ေဆာင္ရ ြက္ၿခင္း ႏွင္႔ စာရ ြက္ စာတမ္း မ်ား မွန္ကန္မွဳ ရွိမရွိ ေသခ်ာ စ ြာစစ္ေဆး ေကာက္ယူၿခင္း
 Conduct site visits and reference checks at and around client’s business premises to verify business operations.

 Conduct home verification visits and reference checks to verify the residency of potential customers.
 အလားအလာရွိေသာ ေင ြ ေခ်းသူ၏ ေနအိမ္သို႕သ ြားေရာက္၍ ၎ ေပးအပ္ထားသည့္ အိမ္ေထာင္စုပိုင္ဆိုင္ပစၥည္းစာရင္း အ ေသးစိတ္ကို စစ္ေဆးျခင္း
 Evaluate the willingness and capacity to repay of new and existing clients following DAWN’s loan evaluation methodology.
 Dawn မွခ်မွတ္ထားေသာ နည္းလမ္းအတိုင္း ေခ်းေင ြယူသူ အသစ္ ႏွင္႔ အ ေဟာင္းတို႔၏ ၿပန္ဆပ္လိုစိတ္ ႏွင္႔ ၿပန္ဆပ္ႏိုင္စ ြမ္းမ်ားကို ခ်င္႔ခ်ိန္ခန္႔မွန္ႏိုင္ၿခင္း
 Participate in credit committees presenting loan recommendations for approval.
 ေခ်းေင ခြ ြင္႔ၿပဳရန္ အတ ြက္ ေခ်းေင ြစီစစ္ အကဲၿဖတ္အဖဲ ြ႔ ႏွင္႔ အတူ ေဆ ြးေႏြးေထာက္ခံၿခင္းမ်ားတ ြင္လည္း ပါ၀င္ၿခင္း
 Develop business relationship with clients to support their business success and cultivate loyalty to DAWN.

 Monitor client’s business progress to identify any potential problems.
 ၿဖစ္ေပၚလာႏိုင္ေသာ ၿပႆနာမ်ားကို သိရွိႏိုင္ရန္ ေင ြ ေခ်းသူ၏ လုပ္ငန္းတိုးတက္မွဳကို စဥ္ဆက္မၿပက္ ေလ႔လာေစာင္႔ၾကည္႔ၿခင္း
 Manage and recover late payments according to institutional procedures.
 အဖ ြဲ႕အစည္း၏ ခ်က္မွတ္ထားသည့္ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္အညီ ေင ြ ေနာက္က်မွဳ ၿပႆနာကိုင္တ ြယ္ၿဖရွင္းႏိုင္ၿခင္း
 Assist to IL Manager to achieve targeted result regarding active borrowers and outstanding loan portfolio of branch

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

 Myanmar national.
 ၿမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားၿဖစ္ရမည္။
 University graduate in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
 တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ စီးပ ြားေရး (သို႔) ေင ြ ေၾကးစီမံခန္႔ခဲ ြ ေရး (သို႔) စာရင္းအင္းတို႔ ႏွင္႔ ပက္သက္ဆက္ႏြယ္ေသာ ဘဲ ြ႕တစ္ခုခုရရွိထားသူၿဖစ္ရမည္။
 One year working experience as microfinance individual loan officer or in retail banking or sales preferably in the specific market segment for the Individual Lending Unit.
 တစ္ဦးခ်င္းေခ်းေင ြအရာရွိရာထူးၿဖင္႔ အနဲဆံုး တစ္ႏွစ္ အ ေတ ြ႔ၾကံဳရွိရမည္ (သို႔) တစ္ဦးအလိုက္ေခ်းေင ြလုပ္ငန္းတ ြင္ တိက်ခိုင္မာေသာ ေစ်းက ြက္အတ ြင္း ၀န္ေဆာင္မွဳေပးခဲ႔ဖူးေသာ အ ေတ ြ႔ၾကံဳ ရွိရမည္။
 Excellent service and communication skills.
 ေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံေရး ႏွင္႔ ၀န္ေဆာင္မွဳေပးႏိုင္ၿခင္းအ ေပၚ အထူးေကာင္းမ ြန္ရမည္။
 Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
