Job Description

Must be able to read and understand installation drawings and layout drawings.
Must be able to manage the entire installation process from the beginning through to commissioning.
Must be able to lead and supervise the installation team.
Must be able to prepare and implement daily work plans.
Must be able to monitor quality control and safety standards.
Must be able to manage the work to ensure compliance with the project schedule.
Must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and customers.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of experience in elevator and escalator installation.
Must have experience working as a Team Leader or Site Supervisor.
Must have experience installing Passenger Lifts, Home Lifts, Freight Lifts, and Escalators
Must be between 25 and 40 years old.
Must be in good health, willing to travel to project sites outside the city, and able to work overtime when required.
Must be honest, responsible, and accountable, with the ability to work with the company for the long term.
Must be able to lead the installation team and inspect and ensure installation quality.
Must follow all safety rules and regulations and manage the work to ensure completion according to the project timeline.
Must be able to prepare and submit daily progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure work is completed as planned.
Upon completion of the installation, must be able to prepare and coordinate for testing and project handover.
Must hold a degree from a recognized university.
