An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Daily Operations & Planning: Manage and supervise daily project activities and operational plans.
  • Material Preparation: Forecast and prepare required construction materials in advance to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Quality & Schedule Control: Ensure work meets quality standards and is completed on schedule.
  • Target Achievement & Efficiency: Identify strategies, motivate teams, take responsibility, inspect project progress, and minimize waste to meet company targets and completion standards.
  • Material Estimation: Calculate detailed material quantities required for the construction site.
  • Personal Growth & Teamwork: Demonstrate self-motivation for continuous professional improvement and work effectively in a team.
  • Weekly Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with the main office to submit weekly operational plans in advance.
  • Workmanship Supervision: Supervise site execution to ensure high-quality, neat, and precise craftsmanship.
  • Client Relations: Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Site & Workforce Management: Effectively manage and supervise labor forces and subcontractors on under-construction sites.
  • Location- Both Ygn and Mdy

Job Requirements

  • Must have B.E (civil)
  • Minimum (5-8)years of working experience in construction
  • Knowledge in Auto CAD and MS Office
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Must be self - motivated and Hardworking
