  • Setting out and surveying: Measuring and marking the land using tools like GPS and theodolytes so that structures are placed in the correct spot.
  • Quality control: Inspecting materials and checking work to ensure it meets safety rules and legal standards.
  • Technical advice: Solving problems on the spot and explaining drawings or plans to workers and subcontractors.
  • Safety management: Ensuring the team follows health and safety rules and wears proper safety gear.
  • Progress reporting: Writing daily logs, tracking materials, and updating managers on work progress

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Civil Engineering, B.E (Civil)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a construction site supervisory
  • Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & plans
  • Ability to inspect works as per drawings, specifications and inspection & test plan (ITP)
  • Ability to report such as daily or weekly site activities
  • Ability to identify significant issues (or) risks which could affect the site progress
  • Ability to work under high pressure
