• Ensure strong familiarity with Oil & Gas Offshore / Onshore operational and maintenance procedures.
• Lead the development and implementation of Instrument equipment maintenance strategies.
• Drive cost-effective maintenance planning to maximize plant reliability and availability.
• Evaluate and implement engineering improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance.
• Review design and operation of Integrated Control & Safety Systems (Emerson DeltaV DCS, Triconex TMR SDS/FGS), package PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), and Custody Metering Systems.
• Lead root cause failure analysis (RCA) using applicable methodologies.
• Manage technical service contractors for maintenance, inspection, and specialized engineering activities.
• Oversee and guide on-site implementation of instrument equipment maintenance and project-related activities.
• Provide guidance on spare parts strategy and stock management to ensure readiness.
• Utilize SAP CMMS for work planning, execution, and reporting.
• Able to perform registration, rectification and maintenance of explosion protected (Ex) equipment with the compliance standard.
• Support competency development within the team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management on team culture initiatives and other assigned activities.
• Travel offshore as required.
• Uphold the company’s Code of Ethics and safety requirements.

• Solid engineering knowledge and hands-on experience in process instruments, process and safety control systems, and fire & gas detection systems.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance of PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Trisystems) and obsolescence management.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP CMMS.
• A good command of English both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide multi-discipline teams.
• Holding current offshore survival and BOSIET training compliance certificates (preferred but not mandatory).
