Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Perform daily inspection of air compressors, dryers, filters and air receivers.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule (oil change, filter replacement, belt tension check, etc)
  • Monitor and record operating parameters such as pressure, temperature and vibration
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical faults in the compressor system.
  • Coordinate with the electrical and control team for instrumentation or motor-related issues
  • Maintain spart parts stock and request replacements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures during maintenance
  • Keep detailed maintenance records and prepare reports.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives by optimizing air compressor operation.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or B.E (Mechanical/ Electrical / Mechatronics)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compressor maintenance or related field
  • Knowledge of rotary screw, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors
  • Ability to read P&ID and mechanical drawings.
  • Basic understanding of PLC and control systems (preferred)
  • Work in a power plan environment (noise, heat and rotating equipment)
  • Good teamwork, communication and troubleshooting skills
  • English language can communicate in Speaking and writing.
  • May require working on weekends, holidays and during emergency situations.
