Job Description

  • Develop store layout plans, interior concepts, and material selections
  • Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and design details for construction
  • Create 3D visuals and mood boards for management approval
  • Conduct site surveys and adjust design according to real conditions
  • Coordinate with Project, QS, and Procurement teams during execution
  • Ensure design quality, brand consistency, and safety compliance
  • Review and approve samples, mockups, and workmanship on site
  • Support design improvement and cost-saving initiatives for multiple store roll-outs

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
  • 3/4+ years of experience in retail or F&B design preferred
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Able to produce complete drawing documentation and BOQ information
  • Understanding of Materials usage and construction methods
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects under tight schedules
