  • Handle daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of fuel, tolls, repairs, and trip expenses
  • Manage petty cash and company expense reports
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support budgeting
  • Oversee driver payroll, trip settlements, and allowances
  • Maintain and update driver files, contracts, and license records
  • Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance documents
  • Implement internal controls to reduce operational and financial risks

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

  • 1 year experience in related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation

  • Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
