Job Description

Efficient of daily routine jobs and data accuracy

  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory levels
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of inventory data.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to understand incoming spare parts & ensure the quantity and specification.
  • Maintain accurate & upto-date documentation of inventory transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, & other relevant metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (or Diploma in Logistics/ Warehousing/Supply Chain)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Spare parts (as data entry, inventory account, stock controller)
  • Able to communicate in English, essential to write an email.
  • Must be able to use MS Word, Excel as an advance level.
  • Be able to work overtime as per operational needs.
