• Maintain inventory records using excel spreadsheets.• Check and verify daily sales reports from all outlets.• Review stock transfers between branches/warehouse and update records.• Monitor any returns both from customers and internal movements.• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes, and report variances.• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with relevant departments.• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.

• 1 year of experience in a related field• Advance in Microsoft Excel• A high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
