We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person with strong Excel and computer skills to manage and control inventory data. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that inventory and sales data match with financial records.

• Maintain and update inventory records in Excel with high accuracy
• Monitor and record total stock movement (stock in and stock out)
• Track and report sales quantity and ensure correct data entry
• Maintain accurate records of stock in hand and stock held outside (external locations, consignment, or warehouse)
• Prepare regular inventory and stock reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams regarding stock movement
• Ensure inventory balance and data accuracy at all times
• Reconcile sales quantity with finance income records to ensure sales and payment data match
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies or data inconsistencies
• Report Management for weekly and monthly total stock-controlled record

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• High computer efficiency and data management ability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and reporting
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Experienced 2-3 years
