Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•    Handle transport and warehouse-related inquiries and report to the Department Manager.
•    Collect required sales and operational data and prepare reports for submission to the Department Manager.
•    Prepare sales quotations and submit requests for approval in a timely manner.
•    Follow up on quotation status, customer orders, and deliveries, and ensure records are updated accurately.
•    Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients while providing professional customer support.
•    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and operations.
•    Maintain proper documentation and filing related to sales activities.
•    Ad-hoc shall be assigned as needed

Job Requirements

•    Any bachelor’s degree.

•    Strong internal coordination skills with the ability to work closely with the Thilawa-based Warehouse Team, Transport Coordinators, and Procurement team.

•    Good knowledge of warehouse processes and transportation services.
•    Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with internal operations teams.
•    Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
•    Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics sales or a related field.
