Job Description

  • Receive, check, and record all incoming materials and products.
  • Issue stock to departments based on approved requests.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system (Excel or software).
  • Perform regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock situations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments for stock needs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
- Any Graduated or LCCI II/III is more preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Software, especially in Excel
- At least 2 years experience in stock control
- Knowledge of basic electrical components is preferred.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Must be punctual and responsible.
