Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To handle escalations from the technical assistant team and provide support on technology and troubleshooting for AS 45558 and AS 9988 to fix the issues with the service level aggrement and respond swiftly the inquiry with exact information.
  • To provide third level support on IP Transit customers and third level escalation from MPT Technical Service Center regarding about IP connectivity issue to fix the issues with the specific time frame 
  • To perform troubleshooting and fault resolution of reported/detected faults by investigating the issue, identifying the cause and implementing the fix.
  • To train team members on implementation and support procedures for the purposes of configuring and operating in IPBB IXP to run the operation smoothly.
  • To share knowledge and skills with subordinates in IPBB Operation Center to improve their practices.
  • To coorindate with releated department to deliver smooth services to all MPT internet users.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science <or> B.E. (EC) <or> A.G.T.I (EC)
  • CCIE Certification (+)
  • Able to use MS office tools
  • Good at  Technical Knowledge and Vendor Management
  • Good at Analytical and Problem-solving 
  • Good at networking device hardware platform knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Internet Backbone and complex network environment of Telecom Industry
