Oversee the administration of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and provide hands-on assistance to end users, ensuring their comfort and proficiency in utilizing the technology.
Provide expert technical support for computer systems, networks, and software, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Implement and manage network copier solutions while providing ongoing support to end users, ensuring seamless and reliable document management.
Collaborate with external service providers to manage and optimize IT services, leveraging their expertise to enhance overall system performance.
Offer user support for remote sites through phone and remote software, delivering prompt assistance to resolve technical issues and maintain operational continuity.
Handle software and antivirus installations and configurations, ensuring the security and functionality of systems across the organization.
Facilitate the installation and configuration of Windows, Office, and email systems, streamlining user experiences and promoting efficient workflow.
Proactively maintain and update antivirus programs to safeguard office resources from potential threats, ensuring the integrity of critical data and systems.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, meticulously documenting any damages and promptly initiating the necessary repairs or replacements.
Analyze complex technical problems and recommend optimal solutions, drawing on a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and best practices.
Take ownership of maintaining, repairing, and replacing computer hardware, software, and peripherals as needed, ensuring the reliability and longevity of essential equipment.
