Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

This position will be responsible for supporting IT systems and related services for all the functional units of the company.

  • Provide and serve as a single point of contact for all IT support requests from office staffs
  • Educate staffs on procedures for resolving or preventing recurrence of technical problem
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on computer systems to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage inventory and assets list of IT hardware and software and assist in document processing for various IT services
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutions
  • Participate actively in IT security and infrastructure projects
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology, Computer Science and or equivalent technical training
  • Customer-centricity mindset, with a minimum 3 years of working experiences in IT supporting
  • Experience in Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring of desktop hardware and software
  • Basic knowledge of networking & security protocols and concepts
  • Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate both internally and externally with stakeholders and business partners
