Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Install new Server/Network/Application
  • Diagnose and Resolve network/system issues
  • Document
    • Network Architecture Diagram
    • Configuration
    • IPs
  • Laise with Supply Chain team to perform PR/PO submission of IT infrastructure assets.
  • Monitor, maintain & configure Servers, Network & Other peripherals such as VMs, Firewalls, switches, routers etc..
  • Day-to-day operational support (24/7) including proactive maintenance, monitoring performance, incident and problem management, security, and backup & recovery across the entire network infrastructure.
  • Ensure Network security and connectivity
  • Set up VPN accounts
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Vendor Management
  • Any other business related tasks assigned by reporting manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Computing, IT or other equivalent degree. CCNA is a must.
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience as a Network Administrator
  • Working experience of computer networking and cabling infrastructure, basic BGP routing protocol, TCP/UDP, SNMP, L2TP, IPSec, etc...
  • Hands-on experience of virtualization platforms such as RHEV, VMware
  • Hands-on experience of FortiGate Firewall, Cisco Routers/Switches, VPN servers
  • MCSA or RHCSA is desirable
  • Good knowledge in cyber security and AWS cloud services.
