- Deeply understand customers' business and network requirements；
- Take charge of cross-product solution design, and make sure the solution is competitive technically and commercially;
- Assess project delivery and commercial risks and propose mitigation measures.
 Capability to communicate with and influence customers:
- Establish good and stable relationships and communication channels with customers;
- Take on tasks including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers. Gain great trust from customers, and be one that customers consult with;
 Marketing project operations capability:
- Explore lead information from multiple channels and have successfully transformed leads to opportunities;
- Act as a sales project solution owner and successfully operate projects;
 Market planning capability:
-Take charge of the formulation of comprehensive and accurate market plans for a product domain, which effectively guide solution selling activities.

- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Information Technology / telecommunication/ computer science/ computer engineering or related fields of study
- +2 years working experience of Carrier software and IT in telecommunication field.
- Must be able to speak conversational English. Chinese speaking will be advantage.
- Good product sales skill, good at understanding customer pain point and requirements, can guide customer spec in with particular product and solution;
- Capable of making presentation for IT introduce product and solution, good communication skill ;
