We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to manage the Network Operation Center (NOC) at our Data Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of NOC engineers, overseeing network monitoring, incident management, and contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of our broadband services.

• NOC Management: Lead and manage the daily operations of the Mandalay Data Centre NOC, ensuring 24/7 network surveillance and prompt incident resolution.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of NOC engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

• Incident Management: Oversee the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of network incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain robust network monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify potential issues and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Provide advanced technical expertise for complex network issues, collaborating with other engineering teams as needed.

• Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve NOC processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Reporting: Generate regular reports on network performance, incidents, and team activities for management review.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including network engineering, field operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Documentation: Ensure all network configurations, changes, and incident resolutions are accurately documented.

• Emergency Response: Lead the NOC's response to major network outages or emergencies, coordinating efforts to restore services rapidly.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network operations or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a NOC environment.
• Proven experience with large-scale broadband networks, preferably in an ISP environment.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching, and network security principles.
• Hands-on experience with network devices from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Huawei).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios).
• Understanding of data center operations and infrastructure.
