Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, aligning with organizational goals and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Drive digital and business transformation initiatives to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Lead QA, SA, and BA teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes, addressing gaps and improving processes.
Develop project plans, business and system requirements, monitor milestones, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance across all activities.
Foster innovation and a culture of data-driven decision-making while mentoring team members to achieve their potential.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage interdependencies, streamline automation projects, and optimize outcomes.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes, products, and team performance, presenting updates and risks to senior management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years in project management; background in digital services, UI/UX, or app development preferred.
Strong project management, QA practices, and SDLC/STLC knowledge; proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, Power BI, and SQL
Innovative, analytical, proactive, mature and independent, and results-driven, with the ability to balance details and big-picture thinking.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and bilingual communication skills (English and Myanmar)
Basic understanding of automation tools, APIs, and integration processes.
Ability to interpret system requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
Vendor management experience, ability to handle confidential information, and thrive under pressure in dynamic environments.
Able to build effective and long-standing partnerships with relevant stakeholders
Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
