  • To develop and maintain the configuration of applications and related documents.
  • Record the solution in documentation or create SOP for business requirements.
  • To manage IT ticket management system.
  • Apply and monitor IT Governance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • To measure, define, report, and monitor services and service process performance not only for to own team but also for vendors.
  • To support the project life cycle of new solutions
  • To manage and maintain business applications within minimum downtime.
  • To manage database administration for the applications related.
  • Able to communicate, manage and deliver requirements with oversea and local vendors.
  • Making recommendations to enhance existing system and application

Job Requirements

  • Minimum IT-related bachelor’s degree holder
  • 4 Years’ experience in technical and 1 years’ experience in team management skills.
  • Well experience with Retail POS, ERP, SAP, and Warehouse Management systems.
  • Well experience with Windows Server, Linux / SUSE fundamental.
  • Well experience with MS SQL, Oracle 12c / 19 c, SAP HANA (Prefer), MIT V5, MIT V6.
  • Well organized and able to prioritize workload over urgent vs important.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Business communication level of English language skill.
