· Troubleshoot incidents and provide resolution or escalate accordingly.
. Proper Ticket handling for daily operation
· Work with Application vendor companies in resolving tickets that have been escalated and proper follow up.
. Troubleshooting POS machine and POS server related issues
· Good knowledge with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, network, POS machine, end user and server / web related applications)
· Inventory and ground check for IT related hardware asset
· Excellent Reporting to immediate supervisor
· Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
· Excellent written communication skills

Job Requirements
. Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any graduate with IT diploma or relevant certificates.
. Minimum 1 or 2 years experienced in an IT role with hands-on troubleshooting experience in POS.
. Team player who is self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
. Willing to travel in town or out of the town based on job requirement
. Ability to work during night-time / out of office hours when it required.
