  1. Analyzing the business requirements to determine their technology needs and lead the technology strategy for an organization.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers or service providers to understand business requirements and to integrate functional software solutions and applications.
  3. Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of applications.
  4. Conduct testing and support and develop design, manual and operation document for users
  5. Help to users with technical queries, diagnoses hardware/software faults and solves technical problems and assists users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  6. Install, maintain and upgrade software or hardware required to run a computer network and extend to the Internet, Intranet, local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
  7. System administration of Windows, servers, backup, storage, and management systems.
  8. Maintaining and recording the IT Asset Inventory, computers, printers, scanners and others IT peripherals.
  9. Strongly knowledge the design, and building of responsive Word Press-based websites with the help of programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to optimize the user experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Computer Science and any IT related degree
  2. Must have at least 3-5 years Proven ICT industry technical experience. 
  3. Must have at Web Developing Experience and AI Technology Knowledge.
  4. Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, Wireless, Network Security. 
  5. Must be able to solve the IT problems and Website issues.
  6. Must be able to deal with Networking System and Computer Software or Hardware.
  7. Basic knowledge in coding languages Angular JS +Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, SCSS, jQuery.
  8. Basic Knowledge in programming languages, such as Java, Python, SQL, and Ruby Rails.
  9. Familiar with servers, databases, and database management systems.
  10. Good in English.
